Take heed of my new project, you hipsters and swindlers - wasteofbass.net will drop sometime next week (.. or the week after). The blueprint, as of now, entails promoting a line of the fresh reworks and genius that you've all been a witness to here on edwardisnotbassturd, doped-out monthly mixes, an entire configuration of Bassturd originals (along with the indoctrination of a few friends), and of course, the same treatment of Electrc wobble funk goodness that you just can't live without.

Consider this a fair warning.

Trim the Riff

I've been getting that revamped riff feel from some pretty mean tracks lately. As Dada Life digivolves their ripped synthlines into Black vocals, I meander into the cascading line of ludicrously brisk sounds that the artists of today's post have to offer.

This California native does a remarkable job drowning his unique, fidgety, fast treaded sounds over every one of his distinctive remixes and edits. I can really dig the solid kick drums and malodorous basslines, along with the fact that every one of his remixes is tweaked and individual to the style . The Mad Decent affiliate might have some seriously tenacious tricks for the upcoming year; let's all wait and see if he sends Bassturd some exclusives ;] Don't forget to check out his new California EP!
